03/18/25 Spring Showers Bring All The Flowers!

Spring is upon us! Sunnier and warmer days are just up ahead, but we've got to get through the showers and storms first. Sounds like life, doesn't it? Right now, we are all in the midst of our own downpour. For one reason, or another, the sunlight seems so far away. In the middle of our confusion, hurt, and exhaustion, there stands a promise that has remained faithful throughout the ages. God promises to never leave us, nor forsake us, and that when we are in the darkest of valleys, God is right by our side, down in the trenches. He won't leave us there. Where there's a will, there's a way, and thank God he is the will AND the way! Much like flowers, we go through our own photosynthesis. We all want to see growth in every part of our lives, and sometimes, when we ask God for that growth, he sends rain. I bet, if we took the time to look back at the storms God got us through, we would see what was once the darkest valley's, are now covered in flowers that are basking in the sun. We don't serve a one time God, He comes through every time. So, no matter how dark your storm gets, and how heavy the shower is, remember, God is there with you, and he will bring you out into the sun and you'll see how beautiful and strong you've become. Next time it rains, dance in it! Embrace the beauty in the darkness, and thank God for the Spring showers that bring all the flowers!
